CUSTOM WORKYour folders become vaults, tuned to your own documents in rounds. You get a written summary of what was filed and what was left for you, handed back on a drive, with a signed note that we deleted our copies.
Custom filing rules and add-ons
CUSTOM WORKRules written for your line of work from an hour with you and 5–10 real filenames, then tested on your files. The rules are three plain files in your vault that you can open and read.
Records clean-up

Any file in the folders you choose — by its name, or by the words inside it. Search works with the Wi-Fi off.
File it
Filing rules for your line of work do the sorting. When it isn't sure, it leaves the file for you instead of guessing. Every filed document gets a plain-text record you can open in Notepad.
Keep it
Your records don't depend on us. They're ordinary files and plain text, readable whether or not our software is installed. Uninstalling keeps them by default.
Ask it
The optional Companion answers questions from your own files. Run it on your own computer, or through your own cloud AI account. Your choice, your keys.
AI can be wrong. Check anything that matters against the file itself.
